What are your fees?
This is the most common question. We don't publish fees as we tailor a package to the needs of your specific property - some might need a lot of maintenance and upkeep, whereas some need very little ongoing management. We provide clear costs in a tailored proposal for each property we look to manage.
Can I transfer from an existing property management company?
Yes and the process is generally straightforward - we can handle this for you if necessary, and we can also advise on any contractual issues you should be aware of before you decide to switch.
